CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BOOTCAMP | Circuit-style training that focuses on total body fitness with strength and conditioning stations (Saturday Bootcamp 9:00-10:00AM $10)
YOGA | This class will get your heart rate going and make you sweat! It helps increase flexibility, strength, stability, calmness, and focus
REPS & RESISTANCE (R&R) | is a weight training class that offers a total body workout, focusing on form and technique
TOTAL BODY | a full body muscle training class that also focuses on coordination, agility and endurance with interval cardio training as well
FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH | a weight, cardio, and flexibility class for any age and ability
ROWING/HIIT | an awesome way to stay fit and have fun at the same time. This is a combination rowing and high-intensity-interval-training class. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rower, this class can help you improve your technique and reach your goals (class-lead)
